Due to technical constraints, Shufly Browser cannot index user-uploaded content.

Content Review Disclaimer
Shufly Browser does not pre-screen content. We rely on copyright holders to identify violations. Content is presumed lawful until a valid DMCA notice is received.
DMCA Takedown Process
To submit a notice, provide:
- Physical/electronic signature of the rights holder or agent.
- Description of the copyrighted work and infringing URLs.
- Statement affirming good-faith belief of unauthorized use.
- Contact details (name, address, email, phone).

Counter-Notification
If content is removed erroneously, submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your signature and identification of removed material.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken.
- Consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction.
Valid counter-notices result in content restoration within 10–14 business days.
Legal Penalties
