Shufly Browser does not pre-screen content. We rely on copyright holders to identify violations. Content is presumed lawful until a valid DMCA notice is received.

DMCA Takedown Process

To submit a notice, provide:

  1. Physical/electronic signature of the rights holder or agent.
  2. Description of the copyrighted work and infringing URLs.
  3. Statement affirming good-faith belief of unauthorized use.
  4. Contact details (name, address, email, phone).

Counter-Notification

If content is removed erroneously, submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your signature and identification of removed material.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was mistaken.

Valid counter-notices result in content restoration within 10–14 business days.

Legal Penalties
